ORDER ADDRESSING CARE

Daislu will arrange delivery of the products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid any issues with the delivery of your order, please ensure that your delivery address is completed correctly at checkout.

RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your parcel. Our delivery partners may attempt delivery more than once. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be taken to the nearest delivery depot or collection point. In this case, the recipient must collect the parcel within the time limit set by the carrier. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

All delivery attempts and collection point details will be recorded in the tracking information provided by the carrier, which can be followed using the tracking code sent by our store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Daislu is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to the sender and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME IS BETWEEN 10 TO 22 WORKING DAYS AFTER DISPATCH. 

HOWEVER, UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS CUSTOMS CLEARANCE (IF APPLICABLE), CARRIER DELAYS, EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS, REMOTE DELIVERY AREAS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS MAY ADD EXTRA DAYS TO THE DELIVERY TIME. ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 1 TO 3 WORKING DAYS. SHIPPING: FREE
THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY GUARANTEE PERIOD IS 40 WORKING DAYS.
