CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

The Daislu team is constantly improving our policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

The following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original packaging;

The product must be returned unused, in the same condition as received;

The product must be returned with tags (or protective seals) attached, manuals and all accessories included.

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size chosen by the customer.

Product measurements in centimetres are provided on our website to help you choose the correct size.

We do not accept returns or refunds for normal wear and tear.

According to UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns for change of mind are accepted within this legal period, provided the conditions above are met.

IMPORTANT:  We do not accept claims if the conditions above are not respected.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Send an email to  support@daislu.com  and include:

Product name;

Order number;

Email used for the purchase;

Reason for the return or exchange;

VIDEO OR PHOTOS SHOWING THE DEFECT (IF APPLICABLE)

Once all return conditions are confirmed, we will provide the return address and process the refund of the product value. Return shipping costs will be refunded only in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
