CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The Daislu team is constantly investing in policies to ensure our customers are always satisfied. You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
The following conditions must be observed:
The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned unused and unconsumed, in the same condition as received.
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals, and all accompanying accessories.
We do not exchange products that are the wrong size for the customer.
We provide the measurements of our products in centimeters to avoid errors in size selection.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for products due to durability issues .
As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 49, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer complaints regarding color, size, model, or any other reason.
IMPORTANT: We do not accept complaints regarding cancellations or if the above conditions are not met.
What to do to request an exchange or return.
Send an email to support@daislu.com.br and report:
Product name;
Order number;
Email address registered during the purchase;
Reason for exchange or return;
VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT
Once all issues regarding the product return have been confirmed, we will provide the return address and refund the product price and shipping costs.
