ADDRESSING PRECAUTIONS FOR ORDERS

Daislu will ship the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order. 

Recipient absent

Please ensure that someone is at the address to receive your products. The postal service makes three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest post office, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick it up from the post office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to postal service regulations, it will be returned, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.

All details related to delivery efforts, as well as the address of the post office where the recipient should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the Store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Daislu is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided for orders placed in the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.  

If delivery is not completed due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will be required to pay for new shipping to resend the product.


DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is between 15 and 40 business days after the order is shipped.

However, adverse factors such as delays in customs clearance, postal strikes, inability to deliver due to weather conditions or high-risk areas, and national holidays may add a few days to the product delivery time. Processing time: 1 to 5 days. Shipping: Free.
HOWEVER, THE MAXIMUM WARRANTY PERIOD IS 60 BUSINESS DAYS.

Timeframe for sending the tracking code:
"The tracking code will be sent within 5 business days."

SHIPPING METHODS

Products are always delivered by the Post Office; however, in some cases, such as absent recipients, regions with delivery limitations, or even incorrect addresses, the customer may have to pick up the product at the nearest post office to their residence.

If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is any error in filling in the address and the product cannot be delivered, it is the customer's responsibility.

The postal service makes three delivery attempts. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest post office for up to 7 days. After this period, the product is returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All imports are subject to customs bureaucracy and/or taxes. If you receive any extra charges for your order, we will not be responsible for such fees for orders placed from November 26, 2023 onwards.
